Berlin, 23 February 2018: rent24 opens its first coliving space in the centre of Chemnitz. As one of Europe’s leading coworking and coliving providers, the company offers flexible overnight accommodations across more than 2,200 square metres for start-ups and freelancers as well as students, business nomads or frequent travellers. The offer ranges from stylish boutique hostels to microapartments for long-term rental. ‘We offer a complete package’, explains Robert Bukvic, founder and CEO of rent24 GmbH. Just like in the coworking space, the tenants in the coliving space don’t have to worry about amenities, internet or cleaning services. ‘rent24 members should be able to concentrate on themselves and feel good all around.’
The creatively designed rooms in the unique rent24 design are meant to add to this. However, the greatest distinguishing feature compared to conventional accommodation facilities is the common rooms. ‘The communal lounge and kitchen areas allow tenants to socialize, chat and quickly connect,’ explains Bukvic. The community is additionally fostered by means of regular events or joint sports and recreational courses.
Located right in the city centre, the coliving space is surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafés and museums. At the Chemnitzer Stadthalle next door, concerts, operas or musicals can also be visited and marvelled at.
