rent24 leases office space to CELLS in FÜRST Berlin

The global coworking provider rent24 leases office space in the FÜRST in Berlin to the CELLS Group. The rooms comprise 70 workplaces and are located on the ninth floor of the first phase of the FÜRST project, which was completed and fully let at the end of 2020.

rent24 is one of the tenants of the completely renovated building and is very much looking forward to the opening of its Kudamm location. “We are proud to be able to welcome the CELLS Group as the first tenant to our new location in the FÜRST. The CELLS Group is developing a new area with commercial rental space and an attractive mix of office, retail and lifestyle options under the name FÜRST in several construction phases on the almost 20,000 square meter property between Kurfürstendamm, Lietzenburgerstrasse and Uhlandstrasse.

CELLS is the last user to leave the high-rise tower of the former Ku’damm-Karree, clearing the way for extensive gutting and facade work.

Until the completion of its own new offices, also in the FÜRST, rent24 offers the CELLS Group an all-round service with the most modern working conditions in private offices, supplemented by conference rooms, lounge area and kitchen.
