Berlin, 6 September 2018: rent24, the global coworking and coliving provider, is continuing to expand its international network: Following the takeover of local provider Nova Iskra, members can now also refine their ideas and develop their projects at two locations in Belgrade. This makes rent24 the first major international coworking provider to venture into Serbia. For Robert Bukvić, founder and CEO of rent24 GmbH, the expansion is the next logical step due to the booming Serbian startup scene: “We are entering this market full of confidence. Numerous young IT companies have created a Silicon Serbia here, which we are enhancing through our services, our community and perfect working conditions.”
Both new locations add some Mediterranean flair to the rent24 portfolio: During breaks or after work, the roof terraces offer a breathtaking view across the rooftops of the city. Marko Radenković, founder and general manager of Nova Iskra, said: “As a part of the global rent24 network, we are able to offer our members added value, which no other provider in Serbia can match. rent24 provides services for all areas of life and is a real innovation driver in the coworking sector.” Members of the Serbian rent24 spaces can also make use of all other locations which are currently on three continents. In order to network all members worldwide even better in future, the company is developing its own PRIMARY platform based on blockchain.
