Berlin, 27th September 2016: In November 2015 rent24 was founded and unifies living and working in an innovative business incubator. The first Coworking Space was opened in Berlin and the neighboring Boutique Hostel will open in summer 2017 which spread across 6,000 square meters. Four further Spaces should open across Germany in Q1 2017 and two are set to follow in Amsterdam. In addition to open and separate working areas there are also conference rooms, shared event, kitchen, bar and lounge areas as well as special Highlights (such as a dedicated cinema) on offer at each rent24 Location.
“With the rent24 concept we are uniting everything that companies and startups need to live and work successfully,” explains Robert Bukvic, Co-Founder and CEO of rent24. “This not only accelerates efficient work, it also enables living, networking and further company development. Our event areas in particular are in high demand.”
The German Coworking market has demonstrated impressive growth over the past years. More and more competitors are active, however there is a special concept behind rent24: “We offer a full-service package and aim to provide a contact point for international entrepreneurs,” explains Bukvic, describing the advantages of rent24. Demand was already high before the opening and in the meantime even waiting lists have had to be set up.
