Berlin, 1 August 2018: The global coworking and coliving provider rent24 is coming to Hanover. The new location is in TOWER 31 at Lange Laube 31, not far from the main station in Hanover-Mitte. Robert Bukvic, founder and CEO of rent24 GmbH, says: “Hanover has been on our expansion list for a long time. The city has become a hotspot for founders in recent years. This is also due to funding and good structural work: Hanover University is one of the ten best startup founder universities in Germany and the regional startup competition is the most valuable in the country. It’s therefore clear that many good ideas are developed here.”
Founders, startups, and also employees of large companies will soon find the most modern working conditions in private offices or individual workspaces in open areas on the top two floors. This range of services is supplemented by conference rooms, lounge areas and kitchens. The location on the 14th and 15th floor also offers a breathtaking view of the city. “Our members should aim high. The new coworking space offers the perfect environment for this,” said Bukvic. The location is set to open in winter 2018.
In addition to global expansion, rent24 itself is currently undergoing a digital transformation process: “Clicks & Bricks” is the name Bukvic gives to his plan to digitally network all global locations. For this, his team is developing its own blockchain platform, which will also be accessible to non-members and will connect the Hanover location with the branches in, among others, New York, Amsterdam and Tel Aviv.
